On Goal Ministries has an immediate need and we are seeking the help of our friends and supporters through a new impact investment campaign. On Goal is under contract to purchase the property adjacent to the present On Goal Soccer Complex. We are offering an opportunity for you to invest in the On Goal Soccer Complex Expansion Fund and meet the loan need to purchase the property. Your investment will help us continue to impact the lives of children, families and churches around the world.

Purpose for the Loan

On Goal is a Christian soccer ministry focused on leading people toward life's greatest goal - knowing Jesus!

 

Since 1985, On Goal has been impacting the lives of children and families through the sport of
soccer. By combining a passion for soccer with the greater passion of sharing the message of
God’s love, On Goal has developed into a ministry that runs a competitive soccer club, high school soccer programs, soccer camps in partnership with churches, and various soccer training programs throughout the year. In addition, On Goal has ministry projects in Brazil, Peru, and the UK.


To effectively accomplish its mission, On Goal was able to purchase an 18-acre farm in 2019
through the help of 21 investors and begin developing the present On Goal Soccer Complex. An opportunity to expand the complex is the reason for this new investment campaign. On Goal is under contract to purchase the neighboring 19-acre property. This will enable further
development of needed soccer fields and training space, allow future growth and development
opportunities, and preserve the beauty and character of the present complex.


The leadership team of On Goal believes God’s hand has been leading each step and wants to

Having a ministry home and complex has greatly impacted On Goal’s ability to build community and build into the lives of people. The On Goal Soccer Complex is a place to train and develop, to play and compete, to meet and encourage, to celebrate and honor, and to learn about God's love and grow. Our present complex has buildings to store vital equipment, a home to house missionaries, and a clubhouse with restrooms and office space. On Goal uses every square inch of the property to accomplish its mission.


Through the On Goal Soccer Complex Expansion Campaign, On Goal seeks to continue
developing this complex which will serve us well and help accomplish the mission of leading
people toward life’s greatest goal – knowing Jesus!


THE 19-ACRE EXPANSION PROPERTY

  • Has a house and additional buildings. The house will be for missionary housing needs.

  • Has a cleared level area which will be easily developed into another full-sized soccer field and much needed training areas.

  • Has ample space for an expanded parking area.

  • Has a wooded section which will serve as a natural barrier between the complex and a neighboring gravel yard operation. This will also provide families with a park-like nature walking path to enjoy.

  • Has ample space for a potential indoor training building.

Offering Specifics

On Goal, Ltd. is raising investment funds through the sale of promissory notes in which 100% of the proceeds will be used to finance the loan toward the On Goal Soccer Complex Expansion and to pay related service provider fees. The loan will be evidenced by a Promissory Note and Deed of Trust on the property, which is located at 906 Round Bottom Rd, Milford, OH 45150

(the “Property”).
 

The Notes issued to investors will have a maximum interest rate of return of 4.5% and a term of 5 years. Each investor will have the ability to choose a reduced interest rate on their individual Note which will increase the positive impact for On Goal Ministries. The investors must assume they will be required to hold the notes for the full 5 years.
 

On Goal, Ltd. will be obligated to only make accrued interest payments on a yearly basis and is not contractually obligated to make any repayment of principal until the loan becomes due.

Repayment Strategy
At the end of the loan term, On Goal, Ltd. will either initiate an additional investment offering and/or obtain funding through a financial institution.

 

Use of Proceeds
The loan will be used to purchase the property to Purchase - $750,000 and $50,000 land development, plus payment of related service provider fees. The maximum loan amount
requested for the On Goal Soccer Complex Expansion is $800,000.
