What to Expect
As an On Goal Summer Coach, you will be challenged to deepen and share your faith while raising the level of your game. You can expect to develop your coaching skills, influence young players, play a lot of soccer, share the love of Christ, and have fun!​ Here are 3 important aspects of your summer experience with On Goal:
The Coaching:
Do you want to share your love of soccer with the next generation? Do you want to become a coach after your playing career comes to an end? We will provide you with the training, resources, and experience to make that dream a reality, right now! We will be there with you every step of the way as you train young players and mentor them in a fun, positive camp setting. You will experience the joy of seeing young people improve and succeed on the pitch. You will also have the opportunity to share the Gospel message with kids and will be impacted in your own life as you work with children from all different backgrounds.
The Game:
We LOVE soccer and we know you do too! We want to see you become a better player by challenging you to train, coach, and play with all of your heart. We have seen countless players improve their game and prepare for their upcoming seasons by coaching with us, and we know you will too!
As you bring your love for soccer to children across the country and see its impact on people and communities, our hope is that your passion for the game will continue to grow. You will see how God can use your soccer skills for His glory and to bring others to Him!
The Community:
Are you ready to have fun and become friends with people from all over the world? Our summer coaching staff consists of players from all over the U.S. and abroad! What brings us all together? Our love for soccer and our love for the Lord. As you spend time with your fellow coaches all summer, you will experience how God brings people together and forms deep relationships and community through Him. Our desire is for you to develop life-long friendships with people who challenge you to grow in your soccer and in your relationship with Christ.
