Tom Fite
Tom grew up in Milford, Ohio and started playing soccer when he was 12. He fell in love with the game and played youth soccer in Milford before playing at Milford High School. Tom attended Cedarville College where he was a four year starter, broke records for scoring and assists and was an NAIA All American. He then went on to play professional indoor soccer with the Jackson Rockers, Memphis Storm and Dayton Dynamo. Tom began coaching while he was in college and started On Goal Soccer Camps in 1985. He has coached players all over the world and holds the NSCAA National Coaching License.

Roger Swigart
Roger started playing soccer in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania when he was 7. When he was 15 his family moved Union Grove, Wisconsin where Roger played club soccer in the Milwaukee Metro league before playing at Cedarville College where he was a four year starter in the midfield. Following his career at Cedarville he played for the Charlotte Eagles and was a player coach with the Dayton Gemini in the USL. In 1992 Roger started coaching at On Goal Soccer Camps. In addition to having led the men’s soccer programs at Pillsbury College (MN) and Cedarville University (OH), Roger has coached with the Ohio South State ODP team and numerous club teams. Roger holds the premier license with the NSCAA .
